We're after a community site based around php/Mysql and preferably using the e107 tool for administration.

The layout:

An layout wich focuses mainly on teenagers still at school,
open space for 1-2 smaller ads that should "blend" with the remaining parts of the layout.
multiple drop-down menus, roughly 4-5 of them.

The functions we're after:

A forum, preferably PHPBB3.

A Loginsystem with a private area for each user, preferably also the possibility of a "friendslist" in wich they may see last online friends and so forth,
aswell as a calendar to go with the previously mentioned friendslist, the calender would need the possibility to share events between friendslist.

A review system - registered users would have the option of uploading an article, and after being approved by moderators, it would be added to 1 out of 3 various sections
this would be combined with a 1-10 ratingsystem that would only be availible to registered users.

A searchfunction, with the option to search in a specific cathegory aswell as across the entire site.

Preferably also a members-ranking system based on activity on the forums aswell as how well their reviews have been.
